Mike Montross oversees many key client relationships at OfferCraft (now known as NRT Technologies, Inc.). Over the last 20 years, he has led and advised Native American casinos, private resorts and corporate casinos. Mike was previously Vice President of Marketing for Lakes Entertainment, a publicly traded company responsible for multiple casino openings and relaunches. He has overseen all aspects of casino marketing including database marketing, player development, sales, promotions, calendar management, budgeting, loyalty programs, direct marketing, traditional advertising, digital advertising, social media, and public relations. Mike graduated Cum Laude from Southwest Minnesota State University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, and is also a graduate of the Harrah’s Executive Management Development Program. He is Google AdWords Certified and holds traditional and digital marketing certificates from Cornell and the University of St Thomas.
