Norton just published a book, The High Roller Experience: How Caesars and Other World-Class Companies Are Using Data To Create an Unforgettable Customer Experience. He’ll discuss his time at Caesars and trends he sees in the gaming industry today. He currently works with great brands like BMW, David’s Bridal and others.
